Just been reviewing the TLC website and it struck me that TLC has now been caring for the residents of Ross on Wye for 25 years. 🍾🍾 We've seen a few agencies come and go over that time but the 3 based in Ross-on-Wye (TLC, Ashfield and Hands) have worked together to ensure consistency of care for our neighbours through thick and thin. 💪❄️💦☀️
Whilst reviewing the website, I found some interesting videos from just before covid. Really interesting how little changes after massive periods of change!

We've been caring for the residents of Ross-on-Wye since 1998. We need your help to allow more of our neighbours to come back and stay at home - where they want to be. If you can provide anything from a few hours per week up to full time, you will be rewarded with great clients and best pay rates. We pay enhanced rate for evenings and weekends, and are especially keen to speak to people available for evenings and weekends.
We are looking for committed people who demonstrate compassion, integrity, empathy and reliability. Your role will be to provide our clients with functional and emotional support including companionship, support with medication, assistance with personal care, helping to prepare meals as well as assisting with social activities. Many of our staff started with little or no experience as attitude is all we need to train you to be an invaluable part of our community.
Total Living Care (TLC) is a family business which has been providing reliable, quality care to the local community since 1998. We are a founding member of the Ross Care Group (rosscaregroup.org). This group is comprised of all the established care agencies in Ross-on-Wye and provides the vast majority of local home care.
